UV unwrapping is mainly done depending on model. Where auto-unwrapping is applicable, blender and/or substance painter will most likely be used. If manual unwrapping is required blender is usually the go-to software.

Baking
Mainly done in blender. Currently looking for different solutions.
Retopology
Mainly done in blender.
Camera mapping
Camera projected textures made in blender.
Sculpting
Mainly done in blender.
CAD construction
Done in either Fusion 360 or Plasticity depending on the application.
Physics modelling
Cloth simulated in either blender or Marvelous designer
